This is the design that will accompany the emperor penguin inspired jacket. My target consumers are all boys at approximately 5 years of age. This design is geared towards playful children that need lots of storage and have big dreams of being an emperor penguin.

Price Point
This garment will appeal to consumers of mid level and higher income.

Trends
Bright colors and bold prints are the big craze this season. Neon’s are hot all over the runway and on the street. I’d like to see gradients used more often in children’s clothing. Gradients are also really hot right now, but they are used in a two dimensional form associated with web design. High contrast is going to be part of my focus because bright colors draw the eye of children and adults alike.
